Nan Zhou
My name is Zhou nan and 24 years old. I am now a graduate student majoring in Environmental Engineering in Nanjing University of Science and Technology . I've finished my undergraduate education in Nanjing University of Technology, in college of Environmental Science and Engineering. My research Interest is environmental Toxicology and current research focus on the toxic effect of disinfection by-products to aqutic organisms. The outbreak of COVID-19 further increased the usage of disinfectant and chemicals. Hence, it is of great importance to evaluate the toxicity of these DBPs in disinfected sewage water released directly into the river. Meanwhile, I am a member of school Youth Volunteer Association and it is a wonderful experience for me. It is the experience that improves my social practice ability and polishes my communication skills. It is a pleasure for me in life. I hope my research would contribute to the society and let more people pay attention to the importance of environmental protection.
